5 Night Cape Town & Winelands
Day 1
On arrival in Cape Town, you make your way to the Avis Desk, and collect your rented car. From the airport you drive to the Greenways Hotel, where you spend the next (3) nights on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 2
Day at your leisure to explore the Cape Peninsula and winelands, which could include time at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, a visit up Table Mountain, a boat cruise to Seal Island, Cape Point Nature Reserve, a visit to the colony of African Penguins at Boulders Beach or the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.

Day 4
Today you drive into the Cape Winelands to the Franschoek Valley, where you check in at the Franschoek Country House for (2) nights on a bed and breakfast basis.
Franschhoek Country House
This delightful country retreat, well situated on the outskirts of the village, is surrounded by vineyards and overlooks the splendid mountains of the Franschhoek Valley. The main homestead, built in 1890 has original steel pressed ceilings and gleaming wooden floors, capturing the character and charm of its time. Downstairs in the open lounge and wine bar local wines may be sampled throughout the day. Luxury rooms are individually appointed with hand-crafted beds, put white cotton linen, overhead fans and heated towel rails. All have magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards.
Each "villa" contains 4 luxurious suites and each room will be more than 100sq meters in size and includes a separate large bedroom, bathroom and lounge plus two balconies (or patios for the ground floor units). Each Villa is fitted with fireplaces, under-floor heating, air-conditioning, mini-bar, television & entertainment centre, and a separate desk facility for "work space" that will include internet connections. It offers a very exclusive experience to guest's at the most competitive rate in the Winelands.
Day 5
Today you have the full day to explore the historic Cape winelands - home to many fine examples of Cape Dutch architecture. You day could include a visit to the Stellenbosch Town Village Museum, a drive along the Helshoogte mountain pass, a visit to Franschhoek and the Huguenot Monument, to a number of wine farms for cellar tours and wine tasting, or to one of the many beautifully set restaurants on the wine farms where you can soak up the atmosphere.
Day 6
Today you return your rented car to the airport.
