Chokamella Lodge

Set on sand cliffs overlooking the Chokamella River and the flood-plains beyond, Chokamella Lodge is a game viewing paradise. The lodge is situated in its own private estate, adjacent to the famous Hwange National Park renowned for its huge concentration of elephant. The nine thatched bungalows and the honeymoon suite are carefully positioned to ensure privacy and minimal impact on the environment and offer panoramic views of the flood-plain. The open plan, thatched main building overlooks the seasonal river and permanent waterhole, where guests can watch the large number of birds resident in the surrounding bushveld. Alternatively one can choose from game viewing in Hwange National Park, night drives on the lodge's own estate, or walking safaris with a professional ranger.
