Tree Camp

This stylish camp is very family-orientated and is the ideal place to experience your first African safari. At Tree Camp, elegance and simplicity are key and can be seen in every detail and feature - orchids, lanterns, private swimming pools, Ralph Lauren wallpaper and chocolate plaited leather beds are just a few of the exquisite features found at the lodge. Sip champagne from the comfort of your private viewing deck and gaze down at the elephants playing in the river below.

Pioneer Camp

Eighty years ago, the Varty and Taylor families arrived at this spot after three days of hard travel by wagon, rail and foot. As the sun rose the following morning, they awoke to a land of breathtaking beauty, remote wilderness and peaceful tranquillity. Situated in a 500-year-old riverine forest, the three exclusive suites are bathed in dappled sunlight and enjoy majestic surrounds. Its English heritage is reflected in the elegant cream interiors, silver teapots and Portmeirion crockery, while exposed thatch and African ornaments give the suites an African twist. Each suite features historic memorabilia which tells a story of a bygone era, and offers a resting place of leisurely indulgence. Please note: children under the age of 16 years are not permitted, unless guests take exclusive use of the camp.

Founders Camp

Founders Camp consists of seven idyllic chalets overlooking the Sand River. The camp is described as enchanting, intimate and child friendly and provides an inside look into the secrets of river life. This is classic South African safari accommodation and features black and cream ticking fabric, original mahogany beds, military chests, deep leather couches, compass safari lamps and a riverside lounge sala. The easy luxury, laid back ambience and warm welcome are ideal for discerning families. Founders Camp was established as attribute to past guests and staff who have assisted in building Londolozi Game Reserve.

Granite Suites

Accommodating no more than six guests at a time, Granite Suites offers an exceptional experience. Created with an emphasis on light, space and absolute privacy, the structure blurs the barrier between inside and outdoors. Large doors and windows open directly onto the river, inviting nature inside. The suites are finished in charcoal, silver and elephant grey and sumptuous materials create an elegant setting. Suites can be booked individually or as a whole, making the lodge ideal for honeymooners or small groups. Granite Suites truly captures the very essence of Londolozi.
