Visitors to Selati Lodge will be captivated by the old world charm and intimate atmosphere reminiscent of a bygone era. Built alongside the original route of the long-abandoned Selati railway line, this jewel of the bushveld offers a special romance and wonderful game and bird viewing. Special attention to detail ensures that each guest departs feeling enriched by the true spirit of Africa.

Bush Lodge is situated in the heart of the bushveld, and holds a special appeal for visitors and groups seeking the excitement of the Big Five game experience combined with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It is more traditional, featuring African textiles and salvaged woodcarvings. Its specially designed courtyards are an ideal place to see and hear any of the regions 350 bird species. There are also panoramic views of the bushveld and a nearby waterhole where animals come regularly to drink.
