Ubizane - Zululand Tree Lodge

Ubizane Wildlife Reserve consists of three distinctly different lodges, Zululand Tree Lodge being one of them. Zululand Tree Lodge, being the most luxurious of the three lodges is set in the cool whispering tranquillity of a fever tree forest. It is a truly special retreat where you are accommodated in stilted houses and enjoy attentive service and the finest in pan-African cuisine. The lodge is magnificently appointed with quiet lounges, observation decks and a sunny pool area where you may be visited by a family of warthog, a delicate red duiker or a pair of purple crested loeries. Ubizane Wildlife Reserve is situated next to the Hluhluwe Game Reserve in Zululand, only 2 1/2 hours from Durban on the N2 northbound.

Johannesburg to Ubizane Wildlife Reserve - 560km.· Durban to Ubizane Wildlife Reserve -270 km.· 4 km from Hluhluwe Town.· 48 km from Matubatuba. · 100 km from Richards Bay.· Gate is situated on the tarred road.· The Camp is 500m from the gate. The road has been regravelled so it is accessible with 4 x 4's and smaller vehicles.

There are 12 twin rooms and 12 double rooms.

• Rooms do not accommodate a third bed.
• Tea and coffee facilities are placed in the rooms.
