Vingerkip Lodge
Set amongst the panoramic vistas of the Ugab Terraces, more or
less halfway between two of Namibia's top tourist destinations,
Etosha and Swakopmund, is Vingerklip Lodge. Owned by Ingrid Techow,
the lodge can accommodate up to 52 people in its thatched chalets.
Amenities include the recreational area with reception, bar, dining
room and small shop: Ingrid's Blick, a sundowner spot at the highest
point: and a swimming pool. Close by are the well-known Ugab Vingerklip
monolith, Bushman paintings, and near Khorixas, the rock engraving site
at Twyfelfontein, the Burnt Mountain, Organ Pipes and Petrified Forest.
